I'm into racing and riding motorcycles; I'm into Honda RC 51 and Ducati 959. I also race modified Yamaha Y2 500 cc & 250 cc dirt bikes; flat track, hills and nature trails. I'm outgoing; I'm into traveling, hanging out and meeting new people. I also love to eat out; soul food, Chinese. My only pets are dogs; I normally raise pit bulls, bull Terriers and Frenchies. I plan to resume my life and career when I get back home. I'm not big on drugs/being intoxicated. On the street, I smoke about a quarter of weed a month in joints if that. I only drink two beers if that, on Fridays and Saturdays when clubbing. By the way, I haven't always been a perfect son; I sold drugs in the past, long enough to get the things I wanted. Most of my family are still alive and in my life; I have a Mother, Grandmother, Father, four sisters, three brothers, three nieces, six nephews, 6 grand-kids, five uncles, 6 Aunts and 10 cousins who are alive. Regarding my freedom, my post conviction pretrial hearing is 11/22/2024. After that, I get a new trial. I'm completely innocent of the offense. Once I overturn my conviction, I plan to file a civil suit on the state of Maryland, Senate Bill 14 Maryland Rule 10-501, which totals up to around $2,376,000. I plan to be completely free by June 2025. Once I file my claim I plan to start a business; open in night club and studio and relocate back in East Baltimore, MD, New York, Washington DC, California, Las Vegas, Texas, New Mexico, Georgia or Florida.
Summary of my case:
On December 20, 2002 there was a shooting at a Pepup gas station located at 209 Hayward St., Cambridge MD. Two clerks got shot by a masked gunman. One eyewitness named NMJr claimed he didn't know the gunman and was not involved in the crime. He also claimed he traveled on foot to the Pepup's where the shooting took place. That was the report given by NMJr on 12/20/2002. 11 months later, CPD re-questioned the eyewitness named NM Jr and he told them he was involved in the crime but wasn't the shooter. Eyewitness NMJr then changed the way he got to the crime scene from walking to driving his truck. Once police believe that NMJr told them I was the shooter and the man who drove his truck from the crime scene. I don't know NMJr.
Other parts of the case that are important:
Eyewitness NMJr also got three witnesses to testify on his behalf. Now ER, DM & SM who claimed they saw me at the address 764 Conish Dr 21613 on the night of the crime and before the crime took place. I have never been inside that address before. Out of those four guys, SM is the only one I know. SM was friends with NMJr behind my back and that gave NMJr access to all my stuff I have around SM. My supposed friend SM picked me up in a Honda Accord which was stolen. In the time frame of November 2001 and December 20, 2002 I left a wool hat in the car that my friend SM pick me up in. Days later, I see my friend SM and ask him to get my hat out of the Honda Accord and he told me he had abandoned the car. I didn't see my hat again until I went to court on February 7,8,9,10,11, 2005; they had it registered as the hat the gunman wore on 12/20/2002 when the shooting took place. The thing is, my DNA was on the hat, like normal. It was my hat; strange thing is eyewitness NMJr's DNA was on my hat as well. I have never sold any close in a yard sale so that's telling me NMJr took the hat out of the Honda Accord when he was with SM behind my back, then on the night of the crime, wore it to commit the crime. This whole case against me is a bunch of IYE's and a hat that belongs to me that somebody else wore. Other strange stuff on the night of the crime, NMJr claims he test-fired the gun to make sure it worked, which was the cover and powder being on his hands. NMJr also told the police he walked in the gas station, walked out the gas station then back inside the gas station and not seen it was to hide the gun; then set up a crime scene.
