My name is Paul Watkins and I am from Los Angeles where I was born and also grew up. I am a death row inmate and to say the least the situation is not always a pleasant one as you might be able to imagine. For the majority of my years here I have spent my time here with virtually no friendships or acquaintances that I could communicate with on a purely social or personal level. I am now actively trying to change that situation. I am looking for a friend and I hope you will allow me to become one to you.
