Hi, my name is Michael Thompson, however I am most know by simply “Meeko”. I am a single African American Male, 6’ tall, 238 pounds, 56 years of age and exercises daily, considered to be in excellent shape and health. I reached great success within the world of entertainment production. I am the founder of Meeko’s Production; I’m a Professional Concert Promoter. I’ve done concert productions with various top R&B, Rap, Jazz, and Country Western recording artist’s within this country, which my last production headlined “ARETHA FRANKLIN”. I received numerous awards in formal recognition of my work with troubled youth in the Flint, Michigan area. Such awards were: NAACP Youth Award, Humanitarian, Outstanding Achievement, Business, Proclamation, and the Key to the City of Flint. Not that awards are more important than trying to he a friend to humanity, however they help to substantiate my sincere interest in helping troubled young people. Which upon my release, I would like to stage (10) benefit concerts, in selected States across United States, called “STANDING IN THE DEFENSE AGAINST VIOLENCE”. I am aggressively in search for a friend, who may have these same concerns/sincere interests, and wishes to assist me in bringing about a voice in hope to stop the violence that has invaded many of our communities.
