What you’re about to read is my heart on paper; my most sincere and honest attempt toward finding friendship from a warm, caring and understanding woman. In the nine years I’ve been down, I’ve grown and changed for the better. I’ve spent so much time studying and learning. I also work to counsel the youth here to help them set direction for their life. I keep myself busy with positive things such as writing poetry, short stories and studying sociology, but at the same time I have become incredibly lonely and with no family or friends in VA only adds to the deafening silence from beyond these walls. Correspondence from one warm hearted woman someone understanding and patient, would brighten up my world immensely. I hope to find a woman who likes to write, one I can become friends with, and if possible one day meet face to face. If you can find it in your heart to be a friend or something more to me, I promise that you won’t regret your decision. My crime doesn’t define the MAN I’ve become. I’m a different person than I was yesterday and who knows what tomorrow brings, ya know.
