On April 2nd, 1995, I defended my life against the intended violent assault by: William Matthew Storey. Before that date, I did not have any criminal record to my name. I’d worked on the same job for over eight years; had full court awarded custody of my son whom I’d raised from age seven months, up until my illegal conviction. I was indicted for first-degree murder. My jury trial was held between April 8-12, 1996 in the CDC#3 in Tarrant County, Texas; Case Number 0579930D. The prosecutions forensic evidence corroborated my self—defense claim. However, based upon false witness accounts, I was nevertheless convicted and sentenced to aggravated LIFE.
I attended an evidentiary hearing on August 14th, 2006. I’ve newly discovered a mountain of favorable evidence that was withheld from my jury, by the prosecution. My defense attorney: Noel Portnoy (214) 741—3028 admitted under oath that the new evidence was never seen by himself. Louis L. Akin (ai@akininc.com) has recently taken my case as an expert. He will prepare a finding to help me. I’m legally innocent of this conviction, and, can use legal assistance if you’re interested. I have all files related to my case.
