Supreme greetings of peace, strength, beauty and wisdom! Thank you for logging on with a brother. Hopefully you and yours are maintaining the best of health and spirits. Despite being buried alive under a billion dollars worth of concrete and steel, I maintain my mind, body, and soul; daily building and destroying positives and negatives; determination, optimism, and self-improvement keeps a brother balanced. Exercise, reading, writing and healthy living keeps me mentally, spiritually, and physically shining and sharp! Many who meet me wonder how and why someone of my spirit and aura is behind this wall. Well, despite the wrongful conviction and trumped up charges, I’ve come to know that for all Black men – life is a strenuous journey and never a destination. So many are called and few are chosen! On this journey I’ve come to know and understand that trials purify – and one must stand up and clean up, and rise above and beyond all obstacles in their path. So here I am thinking outside the box, - steel sharpens steel and opposites attract. It makes no sense for a good Black man to hide under oppression – especially since we all are – in someway confined, and seeking freedom from someone, somehow, someway. Let’s Build!!!
