Hello, my name is Brad. I am currently serving a life sentence on an unconstitutional conviction of Aggravated Rape. A 24-year-old dude lied on me with absolutely no medical or hospital record nor had he ever been to any hospital concerning his allegations about me. I have never raped anyone in my entire life. A jury voted 11 to 1 in 2015 and unconstitutionally convicted me. In 2020, the US Supreme Court ruled in Ramos vs. Louisiana that a non-unanimous jury verdict conviction is unconstitutional. I'm still in prison because the Louisiana Supreme Court did not make that ruling retroactive to persons on post-conviction. I was still on direct appeal when Louisiana amended their constitution to all 12 jurors required to convict, yet the justices denied my direct appeal. Again, I am not a rapist. I am looking for a woman to write to. I'm 5'7", 41 years old, with dark brown hair. I'm currently in welding school here and seeking appeal in the US Supreme Court.
