Hello, my name is Travis. Unfortunately, I've made some bad choices in my life. But, I'm not a bad person. I have a big heart and hate to see anyone sick or hungry. I'm financially stable and will never ask you for money. I have a great sense of humor and love to laugh at myself and the many funny things in life. I'm working on my autobiography and hope to get it published in early 2009. I'm currently taking a college course in communications and I am also interested in Sociology. My ultimate goal is to obtain a PhD in Psychology. I don’t have any children but I absolutely love children and I care tremendously for young people in general. One of my main aspirations is to work with at-risk youth. Youth today face more obstacles then ever in the history of mankind. I’m no prude but we gotta teach our young women it’s bigger than drop it like it’s hot, girls gone wild mentality. That what they have in and of themselves is so precious and shouldn’t be given away in order to fit in or to be popular; or even to feel needed. We gotta reach out to our youth. They don’t have to be so angry; poverty is a condition. Whether they live in the projects or a trailer park, they are not trash. Through patience, sacrifice, determination and hard work, they too can gain economical stability.
I enjoy all types of music even classical. But ain't nothing like that old school classic soul. I love hip-hop but at present, I'm discombobulated with the state of hip-hop. It's glorification of the drug game, guns and blatant disrespect of women is problematic. I done lived the shit they rapping about and very seldom does it lead to riches and happy ever after. It leads to my current plight and the cemetery. I’m looking for female friends who are goal oriented; who enjoy reading and gaining knowledge. Someone who’s opinionated, loves life, fears God and loves people. Someone I can get into; someone who’s willing to get into me. I don’t seek to use you and would never abuse you. I desire only to place a smile on your face; maybe get you to see things in another way. If you’ve taken time enough to read this ad, there maybe something missing in your life.
