I am a fifty year old widowed and divorced white male, 6’ tall, 180 lbs, blond/blue (with some gray). One son, Will, age 12. I am a retired, nationally recognized chef, who is now a farmer. I have my own website www.bisonchef.com, where you can see my work with bison, both raising them and cooking with them. I own a 72 acre farm in Virginia hunt country, outside Charlottesville called Downhill Farm. It is frankly, nice. I am college educated and also attended the Culinary Institute of America as well as completed a formal 3-year European style apprenticeship under a Master French chef.
I was convicted of a state felony “manufacture marijuana” in 1995, and am currently in federal custody b/c of a shotgun found in my tenant cottage. I am charged with prohibited person in possession of a long gun. I am doing terms for a state probation violation b/c of my gun conviction as well as a federal term. I am lonely; I am looking to make friends. I am looking for people to correspond with. I am currently in a federal holding facility and will be moved in the summer of 2008.
