I am actually innocent of all charges and seeking a good pro-bono attorney to expose this miscarriage of justice. On or about August 9, 1989, informer Bradley Wiltz arrived at Tommy’s Place of business in a rental vehicle. According to the D.E.A. Clements, the video camera that recorded the arrival showed informer Wiltz entering Tommy’s Place of business; the audio tape recorded the conversation between Tommy and Wiltz, and showed that Wiltz tried to lure Tommy into the rental vehicle for a trip to Louisiana but that Tommy declined advising that he would make the trip himself later in the day. After Tommy refused the ride to Louisiana with Wiltz, he left the premises carrying a black bag that Tommy learned later contained an amount of the drugs to warrant a life term in prison without parole. In line with the Houston Police scheme, once observers noted two black men enter the rental vehicle, a stop was to be conducted of that rental vehicle and police would “discover” drugs in the black bag that allegedly belonged to Tommy. An arrest could be made, as the informer was to give permission to search the police rented vehicle. Wiltz had left, but on his way out of the building he was approached by Willis Adams Jr. who requested a ride to his sister’s home. Thus, when police noted two black men enter the vehicle and drive away, they stopped and searched the rental vehicle. Drugs were “discovered” according to plan except police had arrested Willis Adams Jr. and informer Bradley Wiltz who were the passenger and driver of the car. After taking the “arrestees” to jail, both were summarily released, but by that time Tommy had left town in his own vehicle to visit his mother in Lafayette, Louisiana as discussed on the tape recording. Which indicate manipulation of the subjects being recorded. See exhibits E and C-J. I have a book that will be out soon. It’s called ‘The other side of the coin’ and it’s concerning this article.
