Some say: “Don’t judge a book by its cover.” Do we truly heed that council? I happen to fall under the ‘book’ category of that statement. My incarceration has defined me as a villan, but to those who know me beg to differ. I would describe myself as a realist with a touch of a dreamer. I believe that all of my dreams will become my reality with effort, determination and sacrifice. My life is based off simple principles. Honor, loyalty, honesty and love. Today these simple ideas are so easily overlooked. Therefore, I only surround myself with real individuals. All I can ask from a friend is to keep it real.
I originally lived in Bronx, N.Y. So with my wide range of culture, music, food and fashion knowledge I am able to connect with individuals easily. It has developed a ‘people person’ personality within me. I love meeting new people to share life stories and dreams. My mother once told me: “You can’t make someone love you. All you can do is be someone who can be loved; the rest is up to the person to realize your worth.”
